We do not have set hours. You may place an order any day or time of the week and we will respond within 24 hours.
All goods are made to order. For orders less than 7 dozen/ items we require 48 hours' notice. For orders of more than 8 dozen/ items we require 7-day notice.
If a rush order is requested, please contact us directly for possible accommodation, an additional 25% fee will be charged.
There is no minimum for pick up, so you may order just 1 item.
There is a minimum of $20 per order for delivery. Orders over $50, free delivery.

An invoice will be sent after discussing final details.
Payment is due at time of the invoice being sent. Orders will not be made until payment is received.
Payment methods currently include Credit/Debit (Visa, Master Card, AMEX), PayPal, Zelle & Cash.
Orders placed 2 weeks in advance may receive a full deposit refund if cancelled 7 days before expected delivery/pick up date.
Orders placed within 72 hours may receive credit for future purchase if cancelled 24
hours prior to delivery/pick up date.
All other deposits are non-refundable if cancelled.
Yes, we will deliver up to 10 miles at a mileage based fee, currently at $1.50 per mile.
Orders over $50 get free delivery.
We do not offer shipping at this time. All orders are for local pick-up or delivery.
We currently do not offer any gluten free, dairy free, vegan, or sugar free goods at this time.

Please see treats for nut free products that are offered. Nut products will be labeled accordingly. Our baked goods are made within the same kitchen; therefore, we do not guarantee there is not a risk of cross contamination.
If you plan to order from us and know of a nut allergy, please make us aware at the time the order is placed so we can properly prepare a nut free kitchen.
On an individual basis, we would be happy to try to formulate a recipe that is a perfect fit for you. Contact us and we can discuss if it is feasible. However, at least four (4) weeks’ lead time is required.
